"Cold brew" is not the same as "ice coffee"!  Cold brew is a slow, cold method of extracting the caffeine and flavours of the coffee without the bitterness and acids that result from filtering hot water through the coffee.  The result is a smooth, drinkable coffee that doesn't need a bunch of sugar to make it taste good!"
